ABOUT TMJ DISORDERS

TMJ disorders (TMD’s) often cause patients jaw pain, headaches, and other symptoms.  Botox has been found to help relieve the symptoms by relaxing the jaw, reducing pain and enabling the patient to open their mouth fully.  It is a more conservative approach to dealing with TMJ than a surgical procedure.
